12.  Refreshments, if any

13.  Intro slides, if any

14.  Name tags, if needed, they are good for poster sessions and restaurant events.

15.  Earthwatch banner, if needed

16.  Directional signs, if needed to direct people to the room

17.  Reservation list, if appropriate

18.  Cash box or change for catalog sales

19.  Supply box - scotch tape, paper clips, pens, scissors,  thumb tacks, string, rubber bands, marking pens
